Usage and activity events we log about your interaction with the Service (for example, video plays, progress within collections, account milestones) are kept in detailed form for 24 months from when they are generated. After that period, we retain only the resulting aggregated metrics (e.g., total number of active students, content completion trends), which do not allow us to identify you.

When you exercise your right to erasure over your account, we anonymize the individual events associated with you instead of deleting them entirely: we replace your user identifier with a null value and record the anonymization date, so the event is no longer linked to your identity, but the instructor retains the aggregated metrics of their activity. Data that directly identifies you (profile, contact information, payment information) is deleted or fully anonymized as appropriate.
